1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Little Ruff website and web app, provided by Agent Atelier (“we”, “us”). By buying or using Little Ruff you agree to them. Contact: agent.atelier@yahoo.com.
2. What you get
Little Ruff is a web app that runs in your phone’s or computer’s browser. It includes step-by-step guidance for common puppy situations, a daily log, progress views, a puppy profile, five languages and dark and light themes. The paid version is sold as a one-time purchase through Gumroad — there is no subscription. The price is shown on the website and at checkout.
3. Your licence
After purchase you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Little Ruff for your own household. Please don’t share your access link publicly, resell the app, or copy its content for commercial use.
4. Not veterinary or professional advice
Little Ruff offers general, reward-based guidance. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace a veterinarian or a qualified behaviour professional. Always follow your veterinarian’s advice. Seek professional help straight away for serious bites, possible pain or illness, sudden behaviour changes or strong fear, and urgent veterinary care in emergencies. Estimates in the app, such as potty timing, are gentle starting points, not predictions.
5. Your data
In the current version your puppy’s information is stored in your browser. You are responsible for keeping an export if you need a backup. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Updates and availability
We may improve, change or fix features over time. We work to keep the app available, but can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. An internet connection is needed to open the app.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Gumroad. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase — see the Refund Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Little Ruff is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
