- Your puppy’s records are stored in your browser, not on our servers.
- Payments are handled by Gumroad; we never see your card details.
- The Meta Pixel loads only if you accept it.
1. Who we are
Little Ruff is a web app for everyday puppy guidance, made by Agent Atelier (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information is processed when you visit this website and use the app. Contact: agent.atelier@yahoo.com.
2. Your puppy’s data stays on your device
The puppy profile, daily log, progress history and settings you enter in the app are saved in your browser on your device. In the current version we do not receive or store this information on our servers, and it is not synced between devices. Clearing your browser data removes it, so use the export option in Settings if you want a copy.
Your language and theme choices are saved in your browser (local storage and a small cookie) so the site and app look the way you left them.
3. The demo on this website
The interactive demo runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us and are not added to any personal log.
4. Purchases
Payments are handled by Gumroad. When you buy, Gumroad collects the details needed to process the payment (such as your email address and payment information) under its own privacy policy. We receive order information from Gumroad — such as your email address, the product purchased and the order date — and use it to provide access, send purchase-related messages, handle refunds and answer support requests. We never see your full card details.
5. Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand whether our ads work — for example, whether a visitor opened the demo or went to checkout. The pixel loads only if you click “Accept” in the banner. If you choose “No thanks”, it isn’t loaded. When enabled, Meta may receive information such as your browser details, pages viewed and those events, and processes it under Meta’s Privacy Policy. We do not send your puppy’s records, notes or vet contacts to Meta.
To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser; the banner will appear again.
6. Emails you send us
If you contact us, we use your email address and message only to reply and help you, and keep the conversation for as long as needed to support you.
7. Hosting
Like any website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address and request logs to deliver the site securely.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To make a request, email agent.atelier@yahoo.com. Data stored only in your browser is under your control — you can export or delete it at any time.
9. Children
Little Ruff is intended for adults caring for a puppy and is not directed at children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes (for example, if we add accounts or cloud sync). The date at the top shows the latest version.
